This bright and welcoming home is a great base for a break in Paris. It’s on the fifth floor and the apartment itself is spread over two floors, so it won’t suit everybody – and you may want to pack light. It's a superb option for groups of friends or a couple looking for a little extra room. We love the little terrace, where you can take in the view of the city while sipping wine. Location-wise, you’re ideally situated in Châtelet-les-Halles, close to bars, restaurants, and museums – Centre Pompidou is just a few minutes away on foot.
Home truths: *There are lots of stairs to climb to reach this home, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. You’ll need to be able to reach the fifth floor on foot. The apartment itself is also spread over two floors.
*The second bedroom is at mezzanine level and accessed via the main bedroom. The mezzanine is semi-open so it’s not entirely private.
*You can check yourself in with a lockbox here.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
