Holiday Rental Description

Set in the quiet neighbourhood of Levallois-Perret, this apartment is a short stroll from the Seine and just a minute from Parc Collange’s Japanese-inspired gardens. Inside, it's compact but functional, with a sofa bed in the living area for the fifth and sixth guests. The balcony overlooks the landscaped communal garden, which makes for a great morning coffee spot. There's just one toilet, so some coordination may be needed. But with bars and restaurants nearby, and central Paris about a thirty-minute drive away, it's a convenient base.

*There’s free parking for one car in the basement of the building.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*There may not be a lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
*You'll have access to the garden here. It's shared with the building's other residents.
