Between the cities of Laon and Soissons, in the quiet village of Lizy, this country home invites you to experience the charming woodlands and striking chateaus of the French countryside. Spend your days in the garden enjoying the fruits of the orchard and castle views – the outdoor sofa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your surroundings. When you feel like exploring, there are six bikes available which are perfect for cycling through the forest or paying a trip to the village to pick up some local ingredients to cook on the barbecue. For a change of pace, take a drive to one of the nearby towns, where you can discover ancient architecture, wine shops and cafes. This home puts family time front and centre, with garden games and even a ping pong table on offer. When night falls, head indoors to cuddle up around the wood burner, or take a relaxing soak in the bath.
