We were in Conca in October - the complex was not fully occupied, which was very pleasant (especially when using the pool). The equipment of our apartment was very good (fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, WLAN for 2 devices. Some bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity were closed, so self-sufficiency via the Spar nearby. Conca was an ideal starting point for our excursion destinations. We had a great time - clear recommendation.

Beautiful (2+3) holiday apartment in a closed residence directly at the residence's own pool with good to very good facilities. 2 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach of Tarco and several good restaurants on the waterfront. Close to Porto Vecchio. We enjoyed the week there. A small drawback: the reduced use of the internet, since we use it to plan our visits to the surrounding area.

We rented this little house in TARCO in Corsica in August 2022 and we are very happy with it. The services offered are very good. A small flat concerning the wifi (info of the teenagers), but good for my part it is a detail.

We had a pleasant stay. The residence is very well maintained. (swimming pool, driveway, green spaces...) Our house was functional and comfortable (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning). The cleaning on arrival is done with care and the staff and very welcoming. I recommend and I intend to return.

Pleasant house, privacy preserved, swimming pool just in front and for the sea, all you have to do is cross the road. Close to restaurants, groceries... you can put your car down and forget about it during your vacation.

We spent an unforgettable week at the Stella di Mare estate in Tarco. Everything was perfect. The warm welcome, the cleanliness of the premises (inside, outside)... Beautiful facility with a very warm welcome (knowledge of French is an advantage). 5 minutes to the beach. Apartments newly renovated with extensive equipment. Wifi is ok for checking e-mails and messages, you need a little patience with social media, it's not enough for streaming. I felt very comfortable and will be back! :)

As a family of four, we booked a 60sqm villa. The keys were handed over outside the opening hours of the reception without any problems. Positive: - Proximity to the beach - Each villa has its own parking space - Kitchen equipment (appliances) better than expected - Spacious bathroom on the upper floor, new and with a window - Both bedrooms are spacious, air-conditioned and with sufficient storage space Negative: - Terrace is a bit small (too much). fourth just okay) - bathroom on the ground floor much too small, not newly renovated & without windows

A superb rental and residence, very well equipped and very comfortable and very clean. The accommodation is spacious, well laid out, with large cupboards, with dishwasher, washing machine, drying racks, a Weber xxl barbecue, really great. The reception is very friendly, the repair very fast if necessary. The air conditioning is very pleasant, the swimming pool and the gardens maintained. The beach in front is practical but poorly maintained by the municipality, which is a downside.

Location at the top, sea view. Interior completely renovated in July of this year, perfectly clean. We felt at home straight away. Very comfortable bedding. The swimming pool is very pleasant, and beautiful vegetation in the residence. In addition to the previous reviews: Plant was updated. Renovated, houses have been enlarged, bedrooms on the ground floor are now large, including a wardrobe, so that 4 people could sleep in them. I would push the sofa bed from the living room into this one. 4 hobs in the kitchen. Please bring everything (oil, sugar, coffee filters, toilet paper, etc.) with you. There are no leftovers from previous tenants. Pictures on the website correspond to reality. Plant totally maintained, for go. Person limited recommendable.

The terraced house is located in the upper part of the small complex. There is a beautiful view of the bay and the sea. From the coastal road below the complex you can hear a loud vehicle from time to time during the day. The small living, dining and kitchen area is on the ground floor. The small bathroom (toilet, shower, sink with two drawers) is functional. The small bedroom can only be used for sleeping. There is only approx. 40 cm space between the two single beds. The wardrobe is in the living area. The bedroom on the upper floor can be reached via a steep staircase. The two beds can be used separately or together. You can ventilate well through the two windows and there is air conditioning for the summer. Outside, my partially covered terrace has a table, four chairs, two loungers, a parasol and a Weber grill. The pool is a good size, there were enough pool chairs and umbrellas available (low season). The facility is closed by a gate. There are four restaurants and a shop across the street. You can really relax and unwind.

It was very uncomplicated and friendly. Particularly practical: the apartment has its own dishwasher and washing machine. Otherwise the kitchen equipment is very reduced. We have provided a lighter for the gas stove, a cutting board, a coffee filter and a teapot. You should also bring your own tea towels, dishwasher tabs and toilet paper. Unfortunately, a decent bread knife was also missing, but if necessary, the existing bread knife also worked.

Very nice location overlooking the Bay of Tarco. The equipment is functional and perfectly in order. Crockery, cutlery and pots were also sufficient. We used the transparent handle cups as coffee pots, a large knife and several paring knives were also available. We had to buy consumables (kitchen towels, coffee filter bags, batteries (!) for the remote control of the air conditioning and the TV, but garbage bags and toilet paper were available. The apartment was very clean and the grill was also in very good condition. We didn't have them We left used coal to our next tenants, as well as the batteries.The couple who run the reception speak a little English, but thanks to the translator, communication was not a problem and they were always very friendly.Thank you for everything, we would love to come back!
