Back in this apartment for the 2nd summer. Spacious, well located, nice view. However, multiple malfunctions tarnish these qualities: leaking sink, hood out of order, flashing spotlights, burnt out bulbs, broken bedside lamp, derailed wardrobe door, clogged shower, filthy shower curtain (not changed since 2023), faucet cutting off by itself). This apartment suffers from a lack of maintenance and nothing has been resolved in a year, sofa and bedding to be reviewed. Very unfortunate.

This is the 2nd time we have come to this residence. The location is ideal for accessing the old town of Porto Vecchio. The swimming pool is very pleasant. The supermarket is very close. However, the residence is starting to age, all the paint on the balcony below ours was peeling.

A very good rental in this pleasant and functional apartment. Only small flats, the siphon of the shower which does not evacuate the water well and the elevator of the residence HS. I recommend for a good stay as a couple.

The apartment is really nice, with large spaces. A beautiful terrace to enjoy the good weather we had on All Saints Day. A stone's throw from Porto-Vecchio and with the parking lot of the residence, you don't need a car to take advantage of the port or the city center. We spent very good holidays in this quiet residence during these All Saints holidays.

Very nice apartment, spacious, well equipped with a beautiful view of the residence's magnificent swimming pool and the sea (with the arrival of boats from the mainland). To recommend !
