The apartment is very well located, easy access

2 of 3 bedrooms have mold in the area of the beds and closets. When we asked our local agency, we were told that the problem was known. We didn't know anything about it when we booked and wouldn't have booked the property under these circumstances. The outdoor areas were completely dry. The parasol fell over twice because it wasn't assembled properly. There is stuff in all the closets/rooms. Cleanliness is generally poor.
