Delighted by the location of the place, however, the parking of vehicles needs to be reviewed = view of the vehicle of the tenant above instead of the sea. Old and dirty. Shower water leak! Improvement work to be planned. TV in the bedroom = no lounge area. Rusty oven. Fridge and crockery unit = broken handles. Crockery disparate and missing. Vacuum cleaner from the 60s. On the other hand, the concierge service and its employee; perfect, very welcoming, helpful and attentive.
