+ Reception was always helpful (siphon on the sink was leaking - plumber came the next morning, defective light bulb was replaced immediately) + The non-English speaking colleague communicated via Google Translator on his cell phone. + Near the beach - Outdoor facilities could be upgraded with little effort - The apartment is a bit spartan - Our apartment had no fly screens, which led to countless mosquito bites (neighboring apartments had some)

It has everything it needs, but nothing more. Air conditioning would have been desirable as it was very, very warm in the apartment.
