as usual the change of linoleum is very good but dirtier than the previous one, on the other hand the sink is not waterproof (be careful with water consumption) and the closure of the French window was broken otherwise overall very good

Pleasant apartment in pre-season, quiet and close to the ocean. The bedroom separation is a little light in terms of sound.

The flat is well located, quiet, near ocean. 20 min walk to center. Underground parking was a major asset, provided that parking was paid everywhere. Flat nicely furnished, everything is there. Not possible to eat outside, balcony too small for this. Good mattress, also from sofa bed. There is also enough convenience in the kitchen. Small in bad weather. Ideal for 2 people.

Small apartment very well located and equipped. Bedding a little tight in comfort, hard bed and sofa not suitable for two adults ideal for a couple and a child which was our case.

As soon as you arrive, you are seduced by the pretty decoration, the fairly complete kitchen equipment, the good size and the clarity of the apartment, but little by little you become aware of the design and construction flaws. In bulk, a few examples: > no wardrobe to put rain clothes, wet or not, they must be put with dry clothes or on the backs of chairs, > the bathroom is well designed, but poorly made, the sink leans in such a way that there is always water in it and, of course, you always manage to wet a towel or a piece of clothing in it > the "wardrobe" bed is not designed for people 1.85 m tall and if it seems firm the first night, it seems harder and harder the following nights > the terrace is quite narrow and separated from the apartment by a kind of threshold which can cause falls > the instructions for use (heating in particular) are insufficient ….
