"L'Annexe", 3-room terraced house 90 m2, south-east facing position. Living/dining room. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 180 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. On the first floor: a large room with a double bed and two single bunk beds and access to the bathroom. Curtains help visually insulate the beds. On the second floor: a bedroom with a double bed. Access to this room is via the first floor. No television. The garden is not attached to the house. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
