Apartment very well located, clean and as advertised

The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet apartment building. It is spacious for 2 people, well equipped, nice kitchen and large balcony. If there are 4 people, 2 sleep on the couch in the living room. Parking available. Beach 200m, restaurants, pizza delivery within walking distance. Dinard town center around 1.5 km. Apartment reasonably clean, windows could do with an extra cleaning session. The building would look much better if it were freshly painted.

Overall clean apartment, the bay windows really need to be cleaned. It looked like there was a permanent fog. The area is very quiet The view on the terrace is really nice

Apartment as described. Spacious and comfortable. Well equipped. Curtains, warm light bulbs and colorful decorations would bring warmth.
