Very well located, close to the center and the beach on foot. Reserved parking space. Too bad, would deserve a very good BUT: When we arrived we had to clean. Kitchen area full of grease and dust elsewhere. The mattress protector not changed with each new tenant. The furniture deserves to be renewed as well as the bed linen. The small bed at the entrance should be able to fold up. Opened packets of food in the cupboard and expired magazines and leaflets in the furniture

Accommodation well located not far from the city center and the beaches, the whole thing is old but nothing prohibitive.

Shower head very complicated to use, cleaning under the carpet never done, otherwise nothing to say for the rest, well equipped

Apartment well located in a quiet area. 5 minutes from the beach and the town centre. Bathroom to renovate, but is currently functional.

Very nice apartment, well located, quiet, secured by digicode, but with poor sleeping arrangements due to the thin sofa mattress which triggered an appointment with the osteopath!

We are delighted with our stay in this superb apartment fully equipped in town with all the amenities around in this beautiful town of Dinard. to do again we recommend it, to see all the visits in the area.

This apartment is very well located and quiet. However, the comfort remains average. Bedding with uncomfortable mattress, spartan bathroom. Cupboards filled with the owner's belongings so no storage possible. Average cleanliness.

Perfect location for two, quiet, with a small balcony. Very clean and well equipped, apart from the television, which is a bit old! The bed (sofa bed) is spacious but you can feel the springs a little too much when you move. The location of the rental is perfect, in a pleasant and popular area, close to the sea. Parking on the property (very practical).

No possibility of storing belongings in the cupboards of the entrance cluttered with the owner's belongings, this point is inadmissible

Old bedding but nice studio

Apartment very well located, very clean but very old. Bad bedding, no place to put your things in the bathroom and cupboard doors that "unhinge".

Very good for two or three people with a balcony and private parking. Unobstructed view with the sea and the formidable coastal path 5 minutes away on foot. All city center services are also easily accessible without using the car, quiet atmosphere.

The rental is very well located in a quiet area near the beach, the coastal footpath for beautiful walks, shops and the market square: everything can be done on foot without taking the car. The accommodation is small but well laid out and bright. The only downside is sleeping on the couch.
