L'Anse Dinard, Brittany

Apparently with an ideal geographical location, shopping street but quiet. Ideal for a family (5 to 6 people) For a perfect stay it would have been necessary to add a minimal minimum for the first night: a tea towel, a clean sponge and a stock of dishwashing detergent, (salt, a stock of oil in the cupboards ), a mop in working order to wipe down the fridge freezer which defrosts when the apartment is not occupied and floods the kitchen when you arrive. Otherwise Perfect!

Communication went very badly until arrival. 15 repetitive and useless emails without having the address or the telephone number of the agency where to collect the keys. Lots of dirty dishes to rewash before using it and garbage bag left in the common areas. The portable 4G box for internet is limited to 2G per day and has insufficient speed. Fortunately the team on site is helpful and friendly. In short, if these points are corrected, it will be perfect.

Apartment very well located, however the household not at the top, very high apartment on the 3rd floor, can be better specified in the announcement.

Location in the heart of the shops and at the foot of the beach. The apartment is spacious and bright, small flat on the decor.

The apartment is very well located in the hyper Center of Dinard. It conforms to the description. Only downside, the soundproofing between the apartments, it's a shame!

This beautiful apartment is very well placed in a shopping street, very close to the largest beach in Dinard. The beds are excellent, the apartment very pleasant with a view of the sea. Unfortunately the building is old and the apartments are not soundproof! you have to walk slowly. The kitchen is a bit small.

Nice apartment, well located, welcoming agency... BUT paper walls and ceilings, unpleasant neighbors (year-round), lots of noise in the street, no elevator. Stress and fatigue guaranteed.
