L'escapade

The house has plenty of space, but it gets very hot upstairs in summer temperatures. The location to the bakery, supermarket, and town is good; everything is within walking distance. The handover was unsatisfactory; it took a long time to find the house (it's a one-way street). A brief introduction to the features would have been nice. You feel at home in a house if you don't skimp on little things, like matches for the gas stove, wine glasses, cutting boards, and a bath mat.

The house has been renovated before, but not to a very good standard. The Venetian blinds on the front window are too short, making them difficult to close properly for sun and evenings. The shower head doesn't stay in place. If you need the upstairs bedroom, it gets very hot in the summer. Garden: The front garden is very large, but lacks shade. A tree would be welcome. The side and back gardens look shady, so we spent a lot of time indoors during the heat. Restaurants are located far.

Nicely furnished and decorated apartment but not clean on arrival / dusty floor and carpet, crumbs in the toaster, no toilet paper supply. And above all, a nail sticking out of the wall by 1cm behind the stair rail. ... In addition, the exterior is very poorly maintained, untrimmed branches hinder the entrance stairs.
