Broken beds, we fell through them! Stairs hanging loose from the wall... .... Kitchen countertops were a sticky mess, in serious need of renovation! Mold in bathroom.

The house is absolutely suitable for children. Our 3 grandchildren (8, 10 and 12 years old) conquered the pool at the house on the first day and were delighted. We, as a couple, are going back there in September

Country category! Fire alarm not installed, missing insect screens and sun protection on the windows, bad seating, but everything that belongs in the kitchen was there, neatly sorted. Lots of good crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, household linen, bathroom was good, living room as described. Sleeping: the beds were saggy, but bedding and linen were OK. All in all, it was fine and the landlords really tried to look after us. If you like country category - OK

Very quiet house. We were with our 3 big dogs. Enough space, well fenced garden. Nice landlord. Everything was clean and in good condition. Highly recommended for rest, dogs and to get to know Burgundy.

Calm, nature, pretty little villages

I now take my two dogs to the cottage in Burgundy at least once a year. It never gets boring, we enjoy the peace and nature in any weather. The landlords welcome us like good friends and we feel completely at home!

Wonderfully quiet area and nice and helpful people. The cottage is fully equipped, but you can notice that pets are allowed here. Certainly suitable for celebrating your holiday with small children.

We were there for the second time this year. It's always amazingly beautiful. The environment, the house and the extremely friendly hosts. They are always willing to help.

As long-standing guests, we have enjoyed the restful tranquility very much. Despite its seclusion, the house offers all communication options and is continuously maintained. The warmth of the landlord family is very beneficial. We look forward to the next time.

We have been vacationing in the house for several years now and always feel very comfortable. The house is great, the area is great. Very nice hosts. Totally recommendable.

Very quiet, secure fence, important for people like me with a hunting dog. Nice people, comfortable. Good WiFi! But you have to be aware that the remote location means long journeys to tourist highlights. Nicely nearby are: the village of Dezice on the Loire, the Mont viewpoint and the extensive Bibracte museum, where there was once a battle between Romans and Celts.

I can absolutely recommend the house to spend a very nice and relaxing holiday.

Very pleasant holiday location, comfort, calm, tranquillity, beautiful region, satisfied with our rental, it simply lacks a toilet upstairs... FOR seniors, the staircase is a bit limited, a ground floor bedroom would be needed for a group of friends is just as well, the fact that the toilet is in the same room as the shower.

Wonderful location where we spent a nice holiday. The house is less suitable for people with walking difficulties or disabilities as the stairs to the sleeping floors are quite steep and uncomfortable.

Beautiful secluded location, great for relaxing. Really very nice and helpful landlord despite communication problems (foreign languages). Our two dogs felt completely comfortable. The fireworks at the turn of the year could only be heard from afar and only in the garden. Our extremely scared dog simply overslept New Year's Eve. We will definitely come back here over the New Year.

I now take my two dogs to this beautiful chalet twice a year! We always enjoy the peace and quiet between the Charolais cattle on the surrounding pastures, never want to go home again and always look forward to the next vacation. The dogs can romp around on the fenced property and lie inside or outside and can relax wonderfully.

We've been coming to this place for 4 years now. The house is in very good condition and very clean every year. The host family has now become friends. We will continue to spend our vacation there in the future.

We spent two wonderful relaxing weeks in the cozy, very well furnished holiday home. Especially dog owners and/or people with children will feel comfortable there. Our two Aussies really enjoyed the freedom in the spacious fenced property!

A very well furnished house, everything is there. Clean and easy to care for. The property is ideal for small children and dogs. A dense fence protects it. The secluded location is wonderful. The spiral staircase is said to be difficult, and it is. Especially since the last level is higher than the others. You have to find your system for ups and downs. If you have problems, the landlady will help you very quickly!

Very good isolated location, charming, for an excellent stay in absolute calm, without pollution of any kind. Our hosts are very welcoming and very attentive to the quality of the stay. We came back this year for 2 weeks and we will certainly come back

I now come here twice a year with my two dogs and we're still far from enough. Otherwise everything has already been said, hardly at home, we already miss the peace and the vastness of the pastures.... the dogs can relax well every time.

Secluded and very quiet, it is ideal if you value vacationing without other people. Our dogs also feel very comfortable and look forward to long walks on the paths around the house without any through traffic.

Bring peace and enjoy in a typical Burgundian pasture landscape. surrounded by Charolais, wherever the eye looks. The V. family is very nice.

This holiday has fulfilled everything I wished for: wonderful peace and relaxation for me and my small dogs, very nice hosts, a beautiful house with pool, huge garden with many, sometimes very rare animal/insect species, with good WiFi and German TV and with wonderful sunsets that you can enjoy with a glass of wine on the comfortable lounger on the terrace. The only neighbors are pretty, friendly Charolais cattle and the landscape is very beautiful and varied. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back!

Everything positive has already been named several times. If you are looking for peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, this is the place for you. Super nice landlord. All in all: Merveilleux parfait!!

We would like to thank the very friendly landlords for the wonderful family vacation. The house is awesome! 1 to 1 as described in the text and the pool was fantastic. WiFi worked and the German channels too. All in all highly recommended. Gladly again!

Exceptionally nice landlord and well equipped kitchen. The beds take a little getting used to. The location of the house can't be beat, absolute secluded location, total silence, wonderful.

For the fourth time we have been there and it will never end! Everything was perfect, the weather was a dream, the landlords were so friendly and attentive, the air and the surroundings were clean and rural, the smell of hay was almost forgotten and the peace and quiet there lets your soul dangle!

Wonderfully quiet house in the middle of fields and meadows with a beautiful view of the countryside. If you like it secluded, this is the place for you. for shopping, strolling and eating out, a few kilometers are to be covered by car. The café in Ternant was still? closed, weekly markets in the area only take place in the high season from mid-June. Super-equipped kitchen, you can stock up on supplies for self-sufficiency and watch the sunset undisturbed with a glass of wine. Property is fenced all around, the pool was clean and warm. Swimming not possible due to the size, but a blessing to cool down on hot days. Very friendly and helpful landlord. Our 24 kg dog easily mastered the steep stairs in both directions. Internet and TV reception very good. Very positive for light-sensitive sleepers like me: the blackout blinds on the skylights. The folder with hiking suggestions in the area was helpful. Definitely visit the church in Ternant! book the house again at any time.

It was/is so nice, we'll be back again this year.
