Building well located. This apartment is very simple, clean and with a nice view, but the bathroom has casings with screws sticking out and the toilets are moving. Kitchen hobs can be dangerous for young children as they take a long time to cool down. We had this type of plate in the 70s and 80s.

under-equipped apartment, no storage for clothes (only 2 shelves in a home-made closet at the entrance). Shelves in the bedroom would be welcome. We were 2 people, I can't imagine living there with 4 people! Bedroom bedding : ok, but sofa bed in the dirty, stained, uncomfortable and old living room. Paintings to be completely redone. In short, apartment to be renovated and not to be "tinkered with"...

This apartment is pleasant however it is not maintained. The oven does not work well, there is no microwave, there is no potholder, which seems to be a detail, but when you want to take a dish out of the oven and you don't have one ... The sofa in the living room is in poor condition, uncomfortable and the cover is old. A hole in the linoleum in the living room... Cleaning is approximate, the duvet cover has stains, there could be at least one salt shaker, because buying a box of salt for a week is light. I find it unfortunate that this apartment is not maintained because I already rented it a few years ago and nothing has changed! Neither the decor, nor the equipment, nor the bedding... in short... to restore and add a microwave microwave as a minimum!
