Roche Blanche 183 Apartment 11

Good view of the slopes and mountains, great location! Central to the shops, activities, bus transfers. 100ms to the slope. When we stayed the flat wasn’t clean, with rubbish under the bed, bathrooms unclean and smelling, tablecloth and floor dirty and sticky, despite paying extra for the flat to have been cleaned. Not sure it had been cleaned. We did stay at the end of the season and it could be lovely place to stay if it received some TLC and deep cleaning over the summer season.

Perfect stay, very pleasant, very well located too

Everything is said in the title, too expensive for the quality of the accommodation. No maintenance or renovation work has been done recently on this property. Woodwork not airtight and noise-proof!!! Bathroom floors need to be redone, because the coating is peeling off. Dishwasher at the end of its life, a microwave is missing. Basically this property urgently needs to be renovated ... or else lower the price because the price is not worth the property ...

Nickel building and ideal central location (although noisy) But dilapidated and degraded apartment and above all very dirty.
