We have been booking with Interchalet since the early 90's and have never complained. But what we found in the residence we have never seen before: Completely dirty apartment, dishes greasy/dirty, they were not washed, things from the previous guest were in the apartment, sockets were hanging out of the wall, chairs were defective, heaters and coffee machines completely soiled and much more! ...

The accommodation had everything necessary. The Interhome Val-thorens team is very professional, attentive and helpful, we will surely repeat :)

The apartment was small but very cozy. It was in good condition and with excellent beds. It was perfectly situated in the city for skiing, shopping and après-ski. We would love to go back to it again.
