The apartment complex was accessible to everyone, because the central key (tec) was broken. It stank of pee at the elevators. The elevator often didn't work either. The apartment was badly maintained: bathroom door almost fell out of the wall, bathroom cupboard was broken, sockets were hanging loose on the wall, electrical wires were visible everywhere, skirting boards loose, kitchen cupboard was about to collapse. WiFi didn't work. The "ski lockers" were about to collapse and not locked.

A well located apartment, rather spacious. A practical balcony for storing skis when returning from the slopes. A few downsides: 1. the layout that could be improved at low cost. We feel that this is not an apartment occupied by the owners. 2. The very dangerous staircase-ladder to go up and especially down from the mezzanine 3. Aging residence with nauseating outbuildings in places because of droppings in the corridors. Cannot be rented + expensive.

Excellent apartment with everything you need for a nice winter holiday in Tignes without breaking the bank. The two levels (living room/kitchen on ground floor plus bed room on second) of the apartment ensure you have plenty of space. The location is excellent, close to a chair lift and close to the stores and restaurants. The service beforehand (booking bed linen en towels) as well as during check in and out was very pleasant.

The apartment is ideally located in the center of the resort, at the foot of the slopes, but the French window opening onto the balcony frankly lets drafts through and closes badly, we had to clog with foam and close the curtain. The mezzanine bedroom is very pleasant with a window, you can stand up. The residence was not well maintained, is it because it was not high season...? Elevator and stairwell lights out of order, not fixed all week.

The apartment is well placed in the heart of Val Claret. The residence is quite dilapidated, the elevator seems to have definitely retired. The apartment itself is in line with expectations, but deserves a good refresh. Be careful especially with electricity, you risk your life... The window cleaning must have been done in the last century, but the whole is clean. Finally a good value for money.

The apartment was clean. We can see that it has been renovated but unfortunately that hides the misery... poorly fixed sockets and switches, 1 broken chair, daylight around the windows, only 3 channels that work on the TV (6.7 and 8) and finally elevator broken down at the end of the stay!

The overall quality of service is by appointment, the apartment is well equipped but I had no information on this equipment before discovering it on site.

Functional apartment, clean, well located because close to shops and restaurants...suitable for 3 people...balcony facing south...serious agency...small flaw very steep staircase to access the mezzanine...suitable for a couple with a teenager

The duplex style made this a good space though the stairs are steep and would not suit everyone. Little balcony was nice and there was some view. The block is in a very convenient position but the communal areas are a bit time expired. The Interhome staff were helpful in sorting out niggling problems: blocked drain, hob not working. Furnishing basic and but functional. Wifi (via a dongle) very intermittent.

Flee by all means, especially apartment A85 (1150.00 excl. skiing throughout the residence - Dangerous chair reattached with glue 3 - table curved or warped by the weatherbrief everything except a table with 1 cm2 of flat surface, practical for placing containers with liquids in it - Apartment devoid of sound insulation, wait you hear everything that happens in your hallway and the apartment next door - Carpentry completely out of order, the air is constantly passing, cover yourself during the night - Shower tray that turns into a footbath - furniture out of order age, - Interior finish done by a very inexperienced handyman - the elevator broke down twice, including on Friday from 3 p.m. to late at night, practical when you are on the 3rd floor - Condition of the building, dirty corridors , smell of humidity and cigarettes, logical no ski locker so everyone takes their skis back up and drys them in the hallway - nightclub on the ground floor of the xx, so a lot of drunk people lowing at 4 a.m. in the morning
