The garden has everything you could need to enjoy blissful days at home thanks to the hot tub and the terrace with a barbecue. There’s also plenty to keep everyone entertained with a games room, a pétanque court and a range of family-friendly amenities. Your host has provided bikes for explorations around the lake. Plus, private parking is available and it’s just a short drive or bus ride into the heart of Annecy.

*Private parking is available for up to four cars.
*Please note one of the bedrooms has a mezzanine level which is accessed via steep wooden stairs – it will not be suitable for young children.
*The fourth bedroom features a double sofa bed.
*If you’re travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot and a high chair for free on request.
*Bikes are provided for your stay.
*Stag and hen parties are strictly not allowed.
*Well behaved pets are welcome to join you here.
