Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (dolce gusto) extra, raclette grill, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 4 m2, east facing position. Balcony furniture. Panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Grocery, restaurant, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Le Chateau" 150 m, railway station "Saint Gervais les Bains le Fayet" 6.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 1.9 km, minigolf 1.9 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop 150 m, ice rink 1.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Wellness park Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais 5 km, Cultural events Festival Mont Blanc d'Humour. Access: motorway a40, exit number 21 7 km from Saint Gervais. Market every Thursday, St Nicolas de Véroce: typical mountain village, Le Fayet: thermal park and dermatological care center - Bains du Mont Blanc. Ski lifts open in Winter (from mid-December to mid-April) and in summer (July - August).

Ski lifts open in July and August. Hiking trails accessible in spring ski-region Evasion Mont Blanc, total of 36 lifts. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 420 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, ski kindergarten. 115 km high altidude pistes 850 - 1'100 m high, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Les Houches. In Winter: please take snow chains.
