2 very spacious bedrooms with storage upstairs, one of which has a balcony and a very nice view + 1 bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom and a living room with a terrace and a view. Very well equipped, we lacked nothing (but no oven, just a microwave). The agency staff were very pleasant and helpful (we borrowed an HDMI cable to connect the computer to the TV because there are very few channels available on the Smart TV). In short, a very pleasant place to live for 4 people, even if you always have to use the car.

Lack of crockery, old garden furniture, lack of barbecue

The apartment is good. On the other hand, the accommodation is very far from the slopes and ski lift. In fact, the red slope which can serve it is rarely open due to the lack of snow at low altitude. Furthermore, there are very few shuttles from St Gervais serving the accommodation.

although the stay was very pleasant. we did not appreciate the susceptibility of the neighbor opposite ????? Too bad the agency is closed on Saturday, despite the commercial smile we feel that we disturbed these 3 people at reception just for a question that we had to ask! the support is borderline lack of consideration towards customers for example parking up to us to guess ???? place of trash up to us to guess !!!

Gorgeous view. House is just good enough for a simple living, not a place if you are looking for luxury. Lacks ventilation in Summer. Overall, it was just enough.

Superb vacation spot with a large terrace and a beautiful view. Very clean, pleasant and quiet. Comfortable beds. TV too small. Access by car a little difficult because of the beautiful slope of around 40 metres.

The place is quiet, the chalet has a sunny terrace. However, it would be wise to have 1 washing machine, 1 raclette machine... The rest was satisfactory.

Le Clos Alpin is a pretty chalet-type residence with a very beautiful view of the Mont-Blanc massif. Intended for rental, it suffers from a lack of maintenance, some elements would need to be renewed. There is no cupboard to store groceries The one in the entrance is unusable because it is intended for the maintenance team. We had to pile our groceries on the living room table. Finally in these times of covid hygiene left something to be desired.

Ideal for a short stay in St Gervais with the family. Very quiet and well equipped!

Wonderful chalet with a view of Mont Blanc. Clean, pleasant and quaint at the same time. Saint Gervais has a lot to offer. Gorgeous place.

The accommodation is pleasant, clean and well located in St Gervais (plan a car outside the school holiday period, the shuttles do not pass nearby).

We were very happy with the accommodation. Nice hut feeling and proximity to the slopes. However, the described hot tub was not to be found.
