Sofa bed has sagged and is not suitable for sleeping. Kitchen unit is rotten and leaking behind the tap, Front door is stuck due to bad hinge. Heater hangs loose on the wall. 5 chairs, 2 cushions to sit on. Long time brown-blacker from the hot and cold tap This "apartment" really needs a major makeover. Bathroom is okay, but a new shower curtain wouldn't hurt. Enough points to rate as bad I think
