1-room studio 22 m2 on 8th floor. Beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Kitchenette in the entrance (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Balcony 4 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. View of the ski run. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. For shared use: swimming pool heated (seasonal availability: 14.Dec. - 11.Apr. and 28.Jun. - 29.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the complex: internet access, lift, storage room for skis. Public parking. Shop 200 m, grocery 50 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "Centre-Bagagerie" 450 m, railway station "St Jean de Maurienne" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 200 m. Skisport facilities, slopes, ski school 200 m, ski-kindergarten 50 m, sled run 200 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. The swimming pool facilities are 150 m from the residence at the municipal pool. Entrance for under 3’s is not allowed. Children between 3 and 5 years old are allowed subject to weather conditions (in winter). Entrance tickets to the swimming pool are included in your rental price and will be given to you when you check in.

The resort offers a CARTE PASS PARTOUT with access to all resort activities. Childrens club, Mini pouss (4-5 years old), Marmottons(6-8 years old), Aiglons (9-15 years old), activities for teenagers (13-17 years old).

Winter

Le Corbier is part of the ski-region des SYBELLES. Total 310 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, children's ski school from 3 years old, ski kindergarten. Cross country ski tracks. Toboggan runs. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: La Toussuire: Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards. In Winter: please take snow chains. Le Corbier - it is also: Paragliding, Dog sled, Delta plane, Freeride, Speed riding, Easy park, Slalom track, Arva park, Snowmobile, Snowshoes. Preferential rates on ski equipment rental and ski lift passes. The passes are free for those under 5 and over 75.

Fijn dat er de stapelbedden waren, daar hebben we gebruik van gemaakt. We misten wel een vaatwasmachine. Voor de rest was er materiaal genoeg in de keuken.

Logement bien équipé et lumineuxAnne D.

Nous avons séjourné en famille en février 2022, et nous avons bien apprécié le studio, qui est propre, bien équipé, lumineux, pratique (car il est situé dans le bas de la station mais connecté au reste par la galerie). Le sol en vinyle et carrelage est pratique pour le nettoyage. En points négatifs : la baie vitrée mériterait d'être modernisée (isolation sonore médiocre). Il faut aussi remplacer la lumière au-dessus de l'évier, et le chauffage de SDB qui est H.S.

Placement vis a vis des pistes et commerces très correct, vue agréable, cadre très sympathique. Axes d'amélioration: - Propreté (mettre un petit coup de lavage aux rideaux des fenetres et rideaux de séparation qui affichent une piètre mine), sinon globalement appartement propre. - Installation de volets ! malgré les rideaux opaques, en Mars nous sommes réveillés à 5h30/6h par la lumière, nous avons fini pas pendre une couette à la tringle pour gagner un petit peu de sommeil Sinon top ! :)
