Apartment in its original condition (1960s) noisy ventilation that runs full blast day and night with no way to turn it off. We warned the Rental Agency, but nothing was done. Bathroom faucet very hard to turn, toilet seat that has had its day and deserves to be changed. In short, disappointed with this apartment given the rental price
