Spacious and well located… but several downsides to raise given the price of the service which in my opinion is too high: - old furniture (even damaged) - missing equipment useful for everyday life (kettle for example) Overall remains correct but value for money not justified for me

Nice but dated apartment. Old and damaged furniture. Inadequate glazing which creates a lot of condensation, including on the walls.... Water leaks in the toilets. Outdated crockery also with regard to stoves for example. Really a shame because otherwise it's a nice rental.
