Average pleasant apartment. Small for 4 people. Insufficient dishes forcing the dishwasher to run almost empty every day, small fridge without vegetable drawer and broken bottle holder, scaled taps and to top it all off non-existent soundproofing. The impression that the tenants above are doing an errand day and night. Approximate cleaning. Nice pleasant balcony if the people above don't throw their rubbish at you.
