Nous avons signalé plusieurs problèmes et pas de réaction du contact que nous n’avons jamais vu…( uniquement par téléphone) - sommier de lit cassé - vaisselle moisie dans le lave vaisselle a notre arrivée - Lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas - ménage pas top (poussière partout et surtout sous les lits) - appartement très sombre,chambre sans fenêtre … humidité sur les cousins.. - porte de douche non étanche ( de l’eau dans la pièce à chaque douche) Bref,… pas top comme location !

Het app was heel goed en mooi locatie. Chatel is mooi dorp. Pro: Veel activities met familie gedaan. Vriendelijk eigenaar. Het app was schoon met alle nodig material in de keuken. Contra: Wifi was traag in ander rooms maar alles was perfect.

Goed huis in zeer nette staat. Voldeed aan de verwachtingen op basis van de reservering. Het is een zeer koele woning tijdens de warme periode toen wij daar waren.

Grand appartement en rez de jardin, avec une grande terrasse et un espace vert privatif. Magnifique vue sur les montagnes. L'intérieur est récent et correct mais on déplore le manque d'entretien. Le gros point noir étant la propreté douteuse de la literie, que ce soit les matelas ou les aleses. Enfin, l'absence de lave-linge dans une résidence aussi grande est regrettable au vu du prix de la location.

pas de wifi, le cumulus qui saute à 3reprise sans eau chaude, donc obligé de placer sur charge forcée pour avoir l'eau chaude 2h plus tard que prévue quand même. Malgré cela la direction à refusée de nous faire geste de remise de 50€ d'électricité consommé. La réceptionniste est très bien l'appart du haut et très bien au sous sol c'est pourrie. Elle nous a déplacée en haut heureusement.
