Two of the three beds were completely broken. Specifically, several slats had broken. This gave my husband back pain. The mattress protectors were very dirty. Overall, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was no frying pan in the kitchen. The property manager was supposed to bring one. But that never happened. The very loud party neighbors also made the first night very short.

Overall the service is of high quality. The residence is quiet. On the other hand, it lacks a broom for the small daily cleaning.
