Champraz Apartment 14 Chamonix - Les Praz, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

A rather basic studio which is a long hike from the nearest bus stop and hard to locate when arriving after dark. While booking bedlinen and towels separately could easily catch out anyone not reading the details, we were surprised to find no cleaning products/wipes for use, but worst of all, arriving late at night and not even any toilet paper for incoming guests! This is a first time I have encountered this on numerous vacations! A smart TV would also have been nice.

Very well located. We did everything on foot. The car stayed in the basement. The apartment is suitable for 2 people. Great stay. Small downside, the convertible sofa tilts when you sit down, otherwise nothing more to say.

Unfortunately, the non-working shower spoiled the overall good impression. It is also worth wiping off the dust before letting the landlord in. I won't mention the dirty bathtub. On the plus side: great location, quiet and peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. Despite some imperfections: I recommend it!

Not clean, many defects (e.g. shower fittings) and mold in the bathroom. In addition, sun only from late afternoon on the balcony. There's better things to do on vacation.
