Very good family stay at the chalet. Comfortable with space, very pleasant sauna, The chalet is isolated, and you need a car to get around but there is a free bus every two hours to go up to Les Crozets.

Well furnished hut directly on the hiking trails (even in winter). Enough showers and toilet for a group. Only the bus comes every 2 hours, so it's not ideal, especially with skis.

A chalet immersed in beauty but connected to reality. An enchantment in the summer! Possible excursions and walks for everyone

We have stayed at Chalet Naulaz several times. There used to be a lot of trouble with the dishwasher, now there's a new one that works wonderfully. The stove is also new. Everything else very good as always. However, it does not open up to us why a deposit of 600 € or SFr has to be made.

Great stay 10 adults 4 children and 2 babies. The chalet is very functional, living rooms on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor. Very well located, 5 minutes from Les Crosets ski resort in the Portes du Soleil ski area. Calm and magnificent view.

A lot of space and luxury! View from the rooms, balconies and terrace is magnificent! Sauna was lovely! Good beds. Hiking options in the immediate vicinity were a bit disappointing, but beautiful walks are possible with a short car ride. Free access to cable cars and public transport. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessities. Good washing machine and dryer. Great internet. Only the satellite receiver was not functioning.

Very well equipped chalet in a magnificent environment facing the Dents du Midi

The house is large and allows 10 people to have room with comfort. The installations suffer from a lack of control... very especially for those concerning household tools. The dish washing machine does not work well even though it looks like it is fairly new. We spent a very pleasant week in front of a breathtaking landscape.

Very good reception at the handing over of the keys as well as at the end of the stay. Chalet very clean, very well equipped and fully meeting our expectations. We will return !

Nice and comfortable chalet. Practical bedrooms and large living room. Ideal for family or group because without neighbors. Spectacular view. The terrace may be a bit small. The region is pretty, the villages are welcoming and not too big. In short, I will be back!!

Top equipped kitchen, very clean and beautifully located. The drive to Val d'illiez is winding, but you can be there in 10 minutes. If you like to sleep in the dark, you've come to the right place: the shutters seal off really well. The (double) bed is too hard for my taste. We spent a nice and relaxing time here.

We have rented this house for a number of years. The performance of the dishwasher is always insufficient in 6 stays so far. Despite intensive pre-washing and use of the only program recommended by the landlady, crockery and cutlery are always not clean after the wash cycle and have to be cleaned afterwards. A replacement of the device is long overdue.

This is the second time we have stayed in this chalet. Everything was very good. The costs of a flat rate of 35.00 SFR per person are quite high for 10 people, in my opinion, despite the included bed linen and final cleaning. The WiFi access, which has been criticized in many reviews, worked perfectly for us. I can only recommend this chalet.

Very spacious house located on a dead end street in winter, snow chains or 4x4 winter tires necessary in winter. You are alone in the world. Yet only about 2 km from the slopes (by car) The house is not really cozy but very spacious and practical. Sufficient sanitary facilities. Make sure you bring everything you need with you because there was nothing outside a few toilet rolls. No salt and pepper, oil, detergent. The small supermarket in Les Crosets was very expensive. dishwasher cubes etc. Friendly lady at reception and departure.

If the sauna is repaired you can enjoy the whole thing better. Since some of the heating elements don't work, it heats up extremely slowly and since you can't cook during this time, it annoys some people because you're late for dinner. The TV receiver should also be cleaned, it crashes every few minutes. Otherwise great accommodation

Very nice accommodation, however the dishwasher does not work! Which was a time consuming annoyance with the number of people!

We were 14 people. 9 adults and 5 children. I don't think the chalet is suitable for 16 people, as 2 will have to sleep on an old sofa bed in the living room. It is a lovely spacious chalet with stunning views and has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The showers were good. Warm and with a powerful jet. It was very warm in the house. Outside it was around -20, but inside it sometimes remained very warm because of the underfloor heating, despite the fact that we set the thermostat to 10 degrees. Point of criticism was the appallingly bad dishwasher. Just take a bottle of Dreft with you and do the dishes yourself. Furthermore, the kitchen was fully equipped. You don't need to bring any gear. It was a pity that the sauna could not handle the ceramic hob or washer / dryer at the same time. Then the plugs would fly out. Distance to the slopes was a small 2km (5min drive) The road to and from the chalet can be very slippery.

Spacious accommodation with a good layout of the sleeping areas on the upper floor (we were there with 15 people including 2 babies). The appliances in the kitchen are not ideal for a large group (e.g. only one toaster, oven didn't work, refrigerator door didn't close, only 3 liters of freezer compartment in the refrigerator, refrigerator is sufficient for a 5-6 person household - too small volume...) . The sauna only works when there is no cooking in the kitchen (due to lack of power capacity - we were told). This is very annoying for a self catering cabin. Otherwise very great lonely and quiet location.

Bring some salt and grit to sprinkle. French is a requirement to be able to speak to the landlord. Unfortunately, the ski bus cannot be used because it only runs irregularly. Otherwise everything great!

The Internet connection was probably converted from cable to SIM card last year, which unfortunately meant that the performance was almost zero. It is said to be "more dependent on the weather" now - maybe the landlords used up the included volume at the beginning of the month? A downer but still annoying because Switzerland

We were there for the second time. Everything was great, but the dishwasher should be replaced. As was the case last year, the dishwashing result is often very poor.
