This home is situated in the heart of the Chartrons district, just two minutes from Rue Notre Dame and its many antique shops. On the Garonne banks, Bordeaux's Chartrons district is a sought-after area. You’ll find here the luxury residences of former wine and antique merchants. The neighbourhood is well connected too, and it couldn’t be simpler to get around the city. Tram line B is 50 metres away, while tram line C (200 metres) has services to Bordeaux Station, taking around fifteen minutes. Back at this abode, relax on the terrace with a glass of local wine or unwind on the sofa in the first-floor open-plan living space. We love the mix of industrial vibe (think pallet box coffee tables and polished concrete ceilings), which contrasts with the vintage prints.
