Very expensive apartment for the services: small fridge, many faulty sockets, no lighting in the bedroom, fragile terrace furniture, faulty bathroom fittings. Otherwise apartment well located, quiet and secure. Complex parking access for large vehicles and without lighting. Recovery of keys too late on arrival.

The soundproofing level is not great, we hear the noises of the neighbors Toaster and kettle were missing, although they were noted in the description The cleaning on arrival was not done at the level of the floors and dust An owner of another apartment could be a concierge... The apartment is bright. The terrace is large, well shaded, overlooking a very quiet little street. Very good location in relation to the nearby beach, and to the center of Arcachon (barely 10 minutes on foot). Food shops in the immediate vicinity of the rental, in particular the bakery for morning croissants! Without being luxurious, the apartment is however correct and well equipped. And thanks to Interhome for the electric coffee maker that was missing...

We had chosen this apartment for the situation and fortunately because the interior is dated and it had not been cleaned when we arrived In times of COVID, not terrible. It is poorly soundproofed and we had no inventory of fixtures either on arrival or on departure. Everything is based on trust and it's very average. bp of bike storage (from the loc). The neighbors of the building let us down in the parking lot. He was still there when we left. We will no longer go through interhome.

The apartment is very well located, 5 minutes walk from the hyper center (market), 100m from the beach and the Winter Town. It is quiet (stay in January), well equipped. The only drawbacks for me: the toilets in the bathroom and the absence of an oven (there is a microwave). I recommend and will not hesitate to return to this apartment. There is a bicycle available and parking, very useful in this area.

The living room + kitchen and the bedroom are correct, the bathroom is in its original state so very average. The closets are occupied by the personal belongings of the owners so little room for our belongings. Closet doors are out of order. Access to the car park is sloping and very narrow, it requires a lot of precaution to access it. The distance from the city center is correct at 700m.
