Spacious house. The bedrooms have been redone, the bedding is quite correct, the 4th bedroom with its bathroom is independent of the rest of the accommodation. Large living room - dining room but where it is not possible to take meals, table too small and insufficient number of seats, 1950-60 decor. Small kitchen. Meals on the terrace only, terrace in need of cleaning. When you enter the house for the first time, an old-fashioned smell takes hold of your throat.

Very good considering the price. Afterwards, yes, it's a bit old-fashioned, it smells a bit musty, the neighborhood is even a bit (too) sensitive to the slightest noise or children's cries. Difficult to envisage the slightest game of ping pong in these conditions. The crockery is even limited. The bedding is terrible. That said, 2 bathrooms and 4 real bedrooms with dining room and nice exterior, at this price we are not picky eaters. It's a shame because with a little refreshment it would be very good.

perfect if you don't attach importance to the furniture which is really very dated (with the added bonus of porcelain plates everywhere...) average bedding and low-end household appliances. Musty smell on arrival otherwise house quite large and well located
