We come to the Gourbet mainly because of the beautiful location on the southern beach and the balcony with sea view. The apartments are functionally furnished. The staffed reception is also nice, the formalities are handled professionally, and Madame H. is always friendly and courteous.

The welcome is always excellent, H. always gives good advice, she does everything possible to satisfy us............. For the cleaning, nothing to complain about: it's perfect ........The outbuildings, the swimming pool, everything is perfect... We come back with pleasure.

A bit old-fashioned, the residence, but the view of the sea is magnificent, this compensates for that... For my part, I find the value for money unbeatable on Mimizan!

In the preseason, many shops (90%) and restaurants are still closed. Self-sufficiency is guaranteed due to the existing kitchen and equipment, but it was not possible to cook great meals on our induction hob. 1 pan covered both plates. The microwave oven urgently needs a description (none available). so that you can use them. When switching on, only programs 1, 2, 3 appear. …. but not which program does which function. The very, very hard bed is also worth mentioning. We didn't notice the odor nuisance mentioned in some of the descriptions during our vacation. Otherwise for surfers, cyclists hikers highly recommended.

This time, I was very surprised, the roller shutter of the sm, did not go down, on the 2 lights of the plate: only one worked. The bathroom with bathtub is limited. Ants wandered around everywhere ............

Balcony chairs uncomfortable. We had brought our own foldable sun loungers. A parasol (not available) in the high season would have been appropriate, since the apartment is in a south-west location and therefore gets very hot until late in the evening. Overall, however, "recommended" with small drawbacks.

Appt Ras as described. But would deserve a refresh in paint and curtains. A bay window in the bedroom in very very poor condition. Also lacking in decor. We had already rented in this residence the studio above which had been repainted and redecorated and the perfect CT yes. During this stay a big problem: untimely noise including Sunday and in the evening until 11 p.m. below. which was under construction. forced to buy earplugs... we notified the Nemea manager who noted the facts. As a result, we are asking you for compensation for damages. The week was not at all restful, quite the contrary. It's regrettable. Hoping to be able to count on your understanding and awaiting an answer to my request, best regards.
