It was wonderful to spend a few days with the family in a very well preserved and comfortable 18th century house. However, you have to bring all the household items, towels, bedding, cleaning products (which is a hassle). The owner is very friendly. The environment favors technological disconnection and the area is splendid in medieval constructions. Forests, wild animals, castles, abbeys, bastides, Romanesque churches, rivers and a wonderful gastronomic offer, although expensive.

The house conveys a bit of medieval charm. It is in a very quiet location. Reception and owner very friendly. The mattresses upstairs should be renewed. The kitchen should have been renovated years ago. It falls off significantly compared to the other rooms. Suggestion: You should create more storage space in the bathroom. All in all we felt very comfortable and relaxed.

Quiet, flat vacation.

Oasis of peace and tranquility – many walking possibilities in the area – no wifi – GSM 3G, but usually only 2G – wifi at the tourist office in Salignac (5 km away) works excellent. No light pollution at night, so millions of stars can be seen in clear weather.
