We stayed in this apartment for the second time and were very satisfied again. Also with the service when the telecom had problems there

We have been booking this property for over 20 years, however the service is no longer the same. Under Interchalet with German management, the apartment was very well maintained, which may also have been due to the fact that the (German) tenant did the final cleaning. In any case, the apartment wasn't cleaned this time, hair in the drawers, a layer of dust everywhere, empty shampoo bottle under the bed, mirrors and glass tables that weren't wiped, and crayons under the table. Isn't that checked and possibly reworked?!

Upon arrival, the living room and the kitchen floor were sticky and the large windows were dirty inside and out. The bathrooms weren't as clean as usual either. We weren't used to that - even during the peak travel season. I then mopped the floor myself, and the agency sent someone to clean the windows.

The accommodation is perfect and large, the reception of the agency is at the top. The only downside is the very disturbing pestilential smell of the paper factory on MIMIZAN Bourg at times of the day.

Beautiful, large, centrally located apartment within easy walking distance to everything. (Beach and city) The great view was a dream. The large garage is great too. Also very great, three showers and two toilets. We'll be back next year!!

The apartment is in a great location with direct sea views and a large balcony. The apartment is an ideal size for 6 adults and was very well equipped overall. Upon arrival, the apartment could have been cleaner in some areas, but overall it was fine.

Beautiful apartment, beautifully located. However moderately clean with cockroaches. Also very noisy at night and the paper factory stinks again and again. Wi-Fi mediocre

We have now stayed in this apartment for the sixth time and will be there again next year. With a few drawbacks in terms of cleanliness and functionality (the radio has not been working properly for years), the apartment is very good. The Interhome team is very nice and helpful and the stay is always very relaxing.

Very nice, bright, spacious apartment with views of the Atlantic and the Courant. The only point of criticism: on the day of arrival, the apartment could only be occupied 2 hours after the agreed appointment, since the cleaning was not finished yet.
