We booked Pebworth Cottage for a family get together.. It fitted the bill perfectly. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable plus the lovely hamper of local produce was an extra special treat for us. Well done to the Pebworth team and the team at Sykes.

On arrival the cottage felt very welcoming it was warm and very clean with a really wonderful hamper of quality food.. The cottage itself is in an ideal location only minutes from most of the tourist sites. If in the area again I will defiantly book Pebworth Cottage. very highly recommend to visit.

This was the second holiday we'd had in Pebworth Cottage, so you can tell we were happy with it the first time.. So we were surprised and alarmed to find some broken glass on the lounge floor under a sofa we had to move to rescue our 17 month old grandson, who had squeezed behind it. Cot,high chair and stairgates were supplied as requested. Otherwise, the place was spotless, as usual, as was the famous welcome pack, a complete breakfast in itself, and more We visited the farm shop where the contents originated, and stocked up with their produce for the rest of our stay. Despite the log burner in the next door lounge, my son and family found the downstairs bedroom very cold at night. We realised there are no shaver points in either bathroom, although we didn't need them ourselves. We found the villagers unfailingly friendly, and the Mason's Arms pub in the village has reopened, but sadly we didn't have time to visit it. Another time, perhaps.....

Fab cottage, warm, clean and comfortable, lovely hamper,(might be worth mentioning what to expect so as not to double up on food) under floor heating was lovely.. We were a group of old school friends who like to meet up a few times a year to catch up as we all live in different parts of the country and it was perfect. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and plenty of parking. The owners even put up Christmas lights up outside the cottage as I had mentioned that we were going to be doing a Christmas lunch during our stay. Stratford upon Avon is not too far away to visit. thanks again. we always book with Sykes cottages as we know what to expect

Fabulous Cottage! Beautiful location and the cottage exceeded expectations. It was so comfy and had everything we needed. Absolutely spotless too. The hamper was the best welcome hamper I have had in a self catering cottage and I have stayed in many. We have already booked for next year!

The minute we walked into Pebworth cottage we realised we had made a good choice for our weekend away. The cottage was clean, spacious and well equipped. We had a minor problem which was sorted in minutes when we contacted the lovely owner Mark. We had a lovely log fire burning on Saturday evening which was already made up waiting just to be lit. There was a lovely food hamper waiting for us on our arrival, 2 beautiful crusty loaves, biscuits, gingerbread cows, apple juice and milk and beautiful real butter in the fridge. The weather could have been kinder to us but hey ho, it didn’t stop our enjoyment. The bedding, towels and all the kitchen equipment were of a very good quality. We had a fabulous time at a fabulous cottage. Would I reccomend to others..... Yes, definitely. Thankyou to Mark and Charlotte.

Our stay in Pebworth Cottage was memorable for all the right reasons.. The property is very pretty, well appointed and comfortable, located in a lovely village and close to better known (but busier!) Cotswold attractions. The surroundings are so peaceful, the most noise we heard all weekend was from the neighbouring wood pigeons. The garden area was the perfect place to relax in the wonderful weather we enjoyed. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent - I was particularly partial to the wonderful overhead rain shower! Mark, the proprietor, was thoughtful and flexible regarding arrival and departure times, and the food hamper that greeted us was a welcome and generous gesture. All in all, a first class holiday experience. Many thanks to Mark and Sykes Cottages!

Lovely cottage, warm and comfortable.. High quality fixtures and fittings. Comfortable beds. Personal contact from owners prior to arrival was helpful. About 20 minute drive into Stratford down country lanes. Beautiful farm shop food left for us on arrival.

We stayed at the cottage for a girls weekend and so happy we did! The owners have lovingly decorated, and the cottage is beautifully equipped, with comfortable beds, super clean and a home from home feeling. The booking process was seamless and the welcome pack on arrival a real treat. Well located for our needs, you will need a car if you want to get out and about. Check out is a little early at 10am, but you won't be disappointed if you stay at Pebworth Cottage.

The cottage both internally and externally was beautiful.. The cottage is very private with plenty of parking. It was clean and the decor was lovely. The welcome hamper was amazing full of local goodies. The giant dining table was the perfect size. The underfloor heating and wood burner were a cosy treat. The cottage was the perfect retreat for us to relax and take time out. Thank you

Beautiful cottage, with lovely décor and all modern quality appliances.. A fabulous welcome hamper which was very well received by all! The children loved the garden and we loved the open plan layout. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark the owner and we had a wonderful weekend. The location was great too - lovely local villages and close to Stratford and the Cotswolds. Highly recommended on all counts and hope to return!

Pebworth Cottage fully deserves its superior grading.. It is spacious, warm and well equipped. Our party contained four under fives and the facilities, especially the underfloor heating and WiFi, were excellent. (unlimited Octonauts)

Stayed here in February for 3 nights and we all really loved the property; one of the nicest that we have stayed in.. There were 6 adults, 1 child and a toddler and there was plenty of space for us all. The house was really clean, light, warm, homely and so peaceful. Beds were comfortable. A really nice welcome hamper was left for us which was a lovely touch. We found the location ideal for visiting a number of surrounding villages for example Bourton-on-the-water, Stow-on-the-wold and Broadway. Would highly recommend staying here ...... we wished we had been staying for longer.

We’ve just spent a wonderful weekend at Pebworth Cottage - two couples, two toddlers and a baby. Really impressed with this lovely, cosy, luxurious cottage. The owners contacted us to check requirements prior to arrival and very helpfully fitted stair gates as well as leaving us a cot and highchair - very much appreciated. The rooms were all lovely and the layout was great. A beautiful garden too, and the toddlers loved the playhouse! There was a welcome basket with delicious goodies in, and the cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed. We’ve stayed in a few places that are mid way between us and our friends - Pebworth Cottage is the first one we’d like to book again one day! Highly recommend it.

We thought Pebworth Cottage was delightful and it met all our expectations and needs.. We loved the underfloor heating and the log burner which kept us warm and cosy during the winter nights. The three bathrooms were all beautiful. The owners Mark and Charlotte were very accommodating and to our surprise there was a nice welcome pack. We could not fault the Cottage and we would not hesitate in booking it in the future. All in all we had a lovely stay at the Cottage.

Delightful cosy, modern cottage with excellent facilities.. We stayed over Christmas and all equipment we needed was there to cook a full Christmas lunch. Was like home from home. Located within a friendly village with styles and footpaths into surrounding countryside and short car journeys to famous Cotswold towns.

Super welcome pack including milk, local breads, butter, cheeses, jam, cakes, biscuits and fruit juice.. Tea and coffee were provided. House very clean and warm, with logs provided for the wood burner. Kitchen very well equipped. Three good bedrooms upstairs, plus one beyond the lounge with an en suite bathroom up some steep stairs. PLeasant garden with bbq and chairs and table on patio. Ample parking but a narrow entrance on a bend. I hope the village pub, (shut for the last two years due to the death of the landlord) reopens following its sale.

I have just returned from what I can only describe as the most perfect weekend away with the girls. We are a group of 6 over 50s (even though we have a much younger mental age) and my daughter who is 28. It was just exactly what we wanted for a special weekend away. A spacious and plush cottage with every amenity you could ask for. The location is completely picturesque and the cottage was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend - including champagne glasses which was our major requirement of the weekend. We cooked our own meals using the facilities of the well stocked kitchen. The beds were completely comfortable and we were supplied with luxury towels. The welcome hamper was greatly appreciated as well. The only advise I would give is to pre-book any taxis if you need them!

Pebworth Cottage, is just perfect the owners have gone the extra mile to provide comfort and every detail was so special.. The welcome pack on arrival was absolutely fab. I have stayed in lots of cottages both with sykes and other agents but I have to say this was just perfect.the location was not only beautiful but very convenient for visiting every part of the Cotswolds and further afield. Would highly recommend this property.

From the Welcome Pack of essentials, a very nice touch, to the spotless, light and airy accommodation with full kitchen, exceptionally comfortable bedrooms, practical bathrooms, patio furniture for the warmer evenings or the large comfortable lounge where you can sit and chill after long days sight-seeing, all was ideal.. The well fenced and secure garden is perfect for young children to play safely. Pebworth Cottage is centrally located, facilitating our visits to Stratford upon Avon, Evesham, Cheltenham, Warwick Castle, Cotswold wildlife park near Burford, as well as managing a day in Oxford. Within easy reach are a variety of recommended eating places, i.e. The Bell Inn at Welford-on-Avon, Masons Arms at Long Marston, The Thatched Tavern at Honeybourne, Kings Arms at Mickleton, The Frog at Bidford-on-Avon, to name but a few. Local farm shop at Lower Clopton is well worth a visit for their excellent produce. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay, we will hopefully be back again sometime in the future.
