The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric fire, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV and en-suite, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a side garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, an enclosed veranda with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, a pub in 1 mile, and River Avon in 1.2 miles. The Domesday Book mentions Evesham, which features a variety of lovely black and white timbered structures, including the 15th-century merchants house in the Market Square and Evesham Abbey's ruins, which are thought to date to the eighth century.
