There is a super king-size bed with zip/link, and shower room. Outside, there is a private courtyard garden with furniture, and off-road parking. Within 1.5 miles, a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dog welcome. The property is adjoining the owner's family home. This is an adult-only property. This property only accepts one booking per week. Landscaping work in the main garden from 01/07/24 to 31/08/24 but this should have minimal affect as the private courtyard will be unaffected. Work will not start before 9.00 and finish by 4:30pm. The main driveway is being resurfaced from 01/09/24 to 15/09/24 but there will still be off road parking available on the grass verge at the front of the property.
