Have a walk into Pewsey village (0.5 miles) and visit the wonderful Heritage centre or lovely gallery. There is also a mainline station with direct trains into London for those wanting to take a day trip to the capital. The property also sits on a main bus route which can take you all the way to Swindon (18 miles) and Salisbury (22 miles). Wiltshire is rich in historical sites, with nearby attractions including the prehistoric site of Avebury (10 miles), the ancient standing stones of Stonehenge (17 miles) and the medieval market town of Marlborough (5 miles), which has plenty of fantastic shops, pubs and restaurants. After a busy day exploring the local area, head back to your beautiful retreat. Access to the property is through the garden and leads straight into the stylish country style kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catered holiday, making use of some of the lovely local produce you will come across whilst out and about exploring. Enjoy a meal together on the dining table which will comfortably seat six guests and make use of the wonderful feature gas heater on the cosy nights. Make your way through into the striking lounge, with the traditional features really highlighting the age and beauty of the property. Relax on one of the comfortable sofas whilst enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. Back through the kitchen, continue through a separate hallway and you will find the first of the property's individually designed bedrooms. This lovely room has a double bed with beautiful linens ensuring a great night's sleep. Next door, you will find the main bathroom. The ground floor is completed with a gorgeous little snug that has comfortable sofas, plenty of games and a record player, ideal for friends and families to spend some quality time together. Patio doors from the snug will lead you out onto a patio that overlooks the garden. Climb up the stairs and find the other bedrooms, one with a king size and one with a 4ft double bed. The wonderful design continues into these rooms creating warm and inviting spaces to relax. Upstairs, you will also find a separate WC. Outside in the enclosed garden, there are multiple seating areas to enjoy. The garden itself is well kept and provides a peaceful setting to dine alfresco or enjoy your morning coffee.
