This 18th-century Grade II listed holiday cottage is wonderfully located on Selsey’s beachfront in West Sussex. Set within a row of terraced cottages that were originally built for the village coastguards, it now provides the ideal setting for families or friends to enjoy the beautiful scenery on offer. Whether you’re relaxing inside or enjoying coffee and sundowners in the enclosed garden, you’ll have privileged views of the rolling waves. There’s a separate studio with a sofa bed making it an ideal choice for multigenerational groups. And the outdoor shower room is on hand to wash off the sea and sand after a day on the beach, a stone’s throw away.

Home truths

    At capacity, one guest will sleep on the single sofa bed in the separate studio accessed from the enclosed garden.

    The shower room and its WC are accessed from the outdoors. It's perfect for washing off the sea and sand after a day on the beach.

    The main cottage is set across two floors with internal stairs between them. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor.

    There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for you on arrival. Other basic essentials are provided, but if you need to stock up on supplies, there is a local convenience store on the High Street.

    Parking is available for one car next to the cottage. Please note that access to the home is down a private gravel road.
