Nestled deep in the English countryside, far away from the blaring horns and pneumatic drills of the city, this charming home provides the perfect base for a picturesque holiday pulled straight out of the pages of a ‘Famous Five’ story. You’ll be struck by how charming the interior is as you pass through its doors. With its open-plan living space offering both ample room and plenty of style. When you want to freshen up after a hike, you’ll be torn between the free-standing copper bath and the rainfall shower. In warm weather, you’ll enjoy meals out in the alfresco dining area. When it’s a bit nippy, you’ll relax sitting around the fireplace. Offering direct access to the charming wooded areas of Hesworth Common (perfect for picnics or a trip to a country pub) and within walking distance from farm shops and an award-winning shop selling local produce, this home is in a fantastic location for getting a feel for the local area. We recommend trying the local wine – the area is becoming renowned for its vineyards and wineries.
