You can step straight from the door of this home onto the long stretch of East Preston’s shingle beach. Various terraces, suntrap balconies and lounge decks look out over the deep blue sea and there’s a hot tub for a soak at the end of the day. The front garden sits right on the beach with a barbecue for alfresco feasts. Inside, the open living area catches the sun and features a fireplace for chilly evenings and a huge dining table for the whole group to gather. An additional family snug offers a cosier spot to hide away. Bedrooms are big and bright and it’s a delight to wake to sea views every morning.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor and a walk-in wet room designed for those with limited mobility.
At capacity, three guests will be on single sofa beds within some of the bedrooms' seating areas.
Five of the super king-size beds can be arranged as twins on request. There is a quadruple bedroom that can be arranged as a set of super king-size bunk beds or four single bunks.
Five minutes walk from the village centre, having a car is not necessary. However, there is private parking for six to seven cars and a Tesla charging point.
