Experience a unique stay in this cosy refurbished train carriage, nestled in the charming Batchmere. While this home has a guest count of four, it's not suitable for four adults – the sofa converts to a bunk bed for children, but you won't find any safety railings or ladders here, so we recommend sticking to a guest count of two. The yard is spacious and private, complete with a barbecue and fire pit for enjoying romantic dinners under the stars. You'll want a car here – East Wittering Beach and the pebbled shores of Bracklesham Bay are just a short drive away.

There is space to park for free outside this home. Due to its location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
The sofa here can convert to a bunk bed for two children – the mattresses are very thin, there's no ladder or railing, and the top bunk hangs from the ceiling which may not be suitable for younger children. We'd recommend sticking to a guest count of two.
