Was our first visit to Stratford upon Avon, it will not be our last.. We hope to return soon. People were very friendly and there was lots to see and do. Highlights were Shakespeare’s school rooms and Mary Arden’s Farm.
Pinecote is a cosy, well equipped, cottage within walking distance of the town. It is not luxurious, some of the furnishings were a little shabby, but we found it comfortable and relaxing. The coffee, tea and biscuits provided were a nice touch, as were the cleaning supplies and dish cloths. Enough kitchen equipment is provided to prepare a full meal, should you feel that way inclined. We were very happy with the cottage and would not hesitate to stay there again.
