The House consists of an open-plan living space with a Smart TV, dining seating for six, breakfast bar seating four, and a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, and wine fridge. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a TV and Juliet balcony, two doubles with Juliet balconies, and a first-floor king-size with an en-suite shower room. There is also a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside there’s a non-enclosed patio with furniture, a communal field with picnic benches and two ponds, and off-road parking for four cars. EV charging is also available. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included. Shop 0.1 miles, and pub 0.2 miles. The House is your idyllic base in Warwickshire.
