Interiors are decorated in a classy palette of white and greys with comfort and practicality throughout. The well-equipped kitchen sits next to the dining area, followed by the raised living space with generous sofas, coffee table and a beautiful big wood burner. Zip and link beds give you the choice of a king or twin in the guest bedroom, with a designer king size bed in the master that has an en suite shower room. A luxury family bathroom and utility cupboard sit at the back of the property.
A small patio runs along the front of this detached holiday home, furnished with a bistro table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy the sun. Parking is a very short walk away on the village green.
Accommodation
Three steps lead up the front door opening into the main living space. To the right are the bedrooms and a family bathroom and utility cupboard is at the back of the property. Engineered oak flooring runs through the main living space with a step up from the kitchen/dining area to the living area. Bedroom floors are carpeted, there are shiny tiles in the shower rooms and all bedroom windows have blackout blinds.
Living/Kitchen/Dining Area
A fantastic space for spending quality time with friends and family whether you're enjoying a short break or coastal holiday. The kitchen/dining area to the right of the front door has a sleek glass-topped table with four comfy dining chairs. Adjacent is a cabinet well stocked with crockery and glassware for dining at home. Kitchen units wrap around one corner, housing a Bosch electric oven with ceramic hob and extractor, fridge with icebox, eye-level microwave and slimline dishwasher. There's also a washing machine hidden in a cupboard beside the bathroom.
Large sofas surround the massive modern wood burner in the sitting area, with a long coffee table waiting for your drinks or snacks. There's a wall-mounted TV and bluetooth speaker for your entertainment, and shelves are stacked with games, and books.

Lovely bright bedroom with a king size bed sitting between large bedside drawer and hanging rail giving plenty of space for storage.
En Suite Shower Room
A chic en suite with a wash-basin, WC, heated towel rail and both a rain shower and a handheld adjustable shower head.

Sun shines into this double aspect room through deep sash windows which have blackout blinds. The zip and link bed can be made into a super-king or two single beds (please request if you would like making up as a twin) to suit your needs. Bedside drawers, an additional chest of drawers and a hanging rail give ample storage.

Behind the kitchen, this smart bathroom has an L shaped bath with a handheld shower over and shower screen, WC, wash-basin and heated towel rail.
Outside

Area Saxmundham is a small market town located on the River Fromus, in the heart of Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. The town is well serviced with independent shops, local museum, supermarkets and a train station, as well as art galleries, a weekly market and a farmers’ market. Situated so close to the coast, Saxmundham is a great base for a seaside holiday; within easy reach of Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, as well as Dunwich, Southwold and Walberswick, you could enjoy a different coastal location each day. Also close by is the inland market town Framlingham with beautiful historic architecture, a castle and an array of independent shops. South of the town there is the well known tourist destination of Sutton Hoo, an ancient Royal Anglo-Saxon burial site. With Ipswich an easy drive south, and Norwich an easy drive north, there’s so much to see and do in and around Saxmundham.
