Outside: small, gated front garden and a terrace at the back with a gas BBQ, together with a larger garden at the back which is partly paved and laid to lawn. There is also a pond which has a metal grill on top for safety purposes.
General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. Central heating plus the wood burning stove and an open fire. A small basket of logs and kindling is provided on arrival, November-March. Central heating. No smoking.
Pets: sorry, no pets.
Parking: Private parking for one small to medium sized car only due to restricted access however there is usually parking available in the layby opposite and roadside parking. (Please note the area is too small for a 4x4 type vehicle and extreme care must be taken as you have to cross another residents driveway)
