Area
Located in Suffolk, England, between the towns of Lavenham and Long Melford, Glemsford is a picture-perfect English village. Famous for its ancient listed buildings, the village also has two friendly pubs (Angel Inn and Black Lion), two take-out restaurants, and a fully stocked convenience store. Gainsborough's House, the Sudbury Heritage Centre, the Sudbury Water Meadows, Belle Vue Park, and the restaurants White Horse, The Boathouse Bar and Grill, and The Secret Garden are just a few of the attractions and conveniences waiting for you in Sudbury. Just outside of town is Melford Hall, a lovely National Trust site that was previously held by Beatrix Potter's family. Dedham, located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is a popular day trip destination due to its proximity to nearby Boston and its abundance of outdoor activities (hiking, biking, dining at The Boathouse, picnicking at Dedham Hall Farm, and visiting The Munnings Art Museum, among others).
